E.O. Smith High School Facility Study
The RSD#19 Board of Education and Building Committee are currently studying the possibility of building a new high school on a 100-acre parcel of land located on the University of Connecticut Depot Campus. The university is interested in exploring the idea of purchasing the Region’s property to use for college classes, athletic events and recreation. The district is at the very beginning of the exploration process. The purpose of this website is to help ensure that members of the Region have access to timely and accurate information.
